This June marks a significant milestone for The ENT Clinic -10 years since we first opened our doors on 4 June 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It all began on the 8th floor of Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, in a small shared unit with two other specialist clinics. Back then, we had just two staff members and one ENT specialist, Dr Jeeve Kanagalingam<\/a>, who had already been in private practice since 2012. A third staff member joined within the first week, and the foundations of what would become one of Singapore\u2019s leading ENT clinics were quietly laid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A Journey of Steady Growth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By September 2015, we moved into our own unit on the same floor, slightly larger and newly renovated. It featured a dedicated consultation room with an adjacent treatment area, allowing us to better serve our patients in a more private and purpose-built space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2017, Dr Christopher Hobbs <\/a>joined the clinic, bringing with him extensive experience and a shared commitment to patient-first care. Around that time, we expanded into a 990 sq ft clinic on the 7th floor, a space formerly occupied by another ENT practice. This move allowed us to accommodate growing patient demand and broaden our service offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January 2019, we opened our second branch at the Annexe Block of Gleneagles Hospital. This marked a major step forward in accessibility and further solidified our presence in Singapore\u2019s private healthcare landscape. Both clinics were soon equipped with comprehensive hearing testing facilities, and our team continued to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resilience Through the Pandemic<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Like many others, 2020 was a challenging year.<\/a> Yet, despite the disruption brought on by the pandemic, The ENT Clinic remained open throughout, offering care both in person and via telemedicine. The strength and dedication of our team, alongside the loyalty of our patients, allowed us to navigate that period and continue delivering high-quality ENT care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming New Specialists and Expanding Our Reach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In July 2022, we welcomed Dr Ho Eu Chin,<\/a> an experienced ENT surgeon known for his gentle, thorough approach. His addition helped us continue offering trusted care to our expanding patient base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, on 1 July 2024, we celebrated a major milestone with the opening of our third location at Camden Medical Centre,<\/a> right in the heart of Orchard. This state-of-the-art facility on Level 12 features three consultation rooms, a minor procedure room, and a treatment room, all designed to provide a seamless and comfortable patient experience. With same-day appointments six days a week, our Camden branch ensures timely access to ENT care for both adults and children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This expansion also marked the introduction of advanced rhinoplasty and facial cosmetic surgery services, led by Dr Sandeep Uppal<\/a>, a highly regarded ENT surgeon with a wealth of expertise in both functional and aesthetic procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April 2025, we welcomed Dr Rebecca Heywood<\/a>, further strengthening our team with her international experience and patient-centred philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Truly International Clinic<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the past decade, The ENT Clinic has had the privilege of caring for patients from all over the world. While Singaporeans make up the majority of our patient base, we are proud to serve a diverse international community. Our top five non-Singaporean nationalities include British, Indian, American, Australian, and French patients – reflecting Singapore\u2019s global population and The ENT Clinic\u2019s reputation for trusted, specialist ENT care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Team Behind the Scenes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Today, The ENT Clinic is supported by a dedicated team of 16 clinical staff and three administrative staff, all working together to deliver efficient, compassionate and expert care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our operations are coordinated from our office at United Square, which serves as the administrative base of our growing practice. It plays a key role in managing logistics, staffing, and support across all three locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the Numbers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every two months, The ENT Clinic cares for approximately 1,400 outpatients and manages over 100 inpatients across our locations. These figures reflect the trust placed in us by patients and referring doctors alike – and the scale of our commitment to providing timely, evidence-based ENT care in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking Ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Today, The ENT Clinic stands as Singapore\u2019s largest private ENT group, with three clinics, a team of five senior ENT specialists, and a decade-long track record of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
